Chadia Mathurin is the CEO and Creative Director of Wakonté, a group of companies dedicated to creating platforms for African and Caribbean entrepreneurs, authors, artists, and creatives to share their stories.
She is also a serial entrepreneur, investor, and author with a passion for people. She is a motivator, and communications professional. She helps inspire people, organisations, churches and countries to aspire to their best in life and in faith through excellent and engaging content creation, well-written books, bone-chilling speeches and life-changing consultations.
Chadia approached us to create a logo for her and we did. We worked with her to create a logo that is simple and distinct.
The three vertical shapes represent the letter “M” from her last name Mathurin The horizontal space on the shapes from right to left represents the gap in the middle of the letter “C” from her first name Chadia.
We used lower case fonts for the word mark but removed the dots on the letters “I” to depict essentialism.
