Charis Moore is a Media Agency, passionate about creative storytelling with a core specialty in Design, Photography, and Film.

When designing the logo we worked with the quote “the eyes are the window to the soul” Upon further research we discovered the quote was derived from Matthew 6: 22-23, (NIV translation) in the bible

“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!”

We designed the logo with the combination of the shape of a window and eyeballs. The eyes signify gateway and in some cases can also mean intelligence, light, vigilance, etc A window represents opportunities, fresh starts, beginnings, protection, views or opinions, and perceptions.

All of these meanings were part of the keywords that not only described the experience of working with the team at Charis Moore and their culture but also their core values as a company.

For the colours, we used two shades of blue to signify some of the company’s values. The deep shade of blue signifies depth, stability, trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, and truth.

The light shade of blue signifies freshness, modernity, etc.
