Founded in 2007, Wisecom was set up to provide real estate services to clients across Nigeria. Over the past 14 years, the company has evolved to now providing more services for its clients; from advisory to valuation, brokerage, facility management, and more.

The team at Wisecom asked us to refresh their brand identity to reflect their new outlook and approach to business. During the strategy session, we developed three pillars for the brand; people, platform, and access. These pillars formed the framework for the visual identity system, with the circle representing people and platform. The arc on the right side of the logo mark is a door, that represents access which highlights the company’s mission to give people access to various opportunities for property ownership.

The company name was simplified from Wisecom Realty to Wisecom, to make it visually simple and easy to remember.

Our team collaborated closely with the Founder & CEO to craft a brand message; Find your dream property, that not only communicates the company’s mission but is a tool for brand communication and storytelling.

In addition, we created a dynamic website to display information about properties to help people make informed buying decisions. The website also shows all the various ways the team at Wisecom can help people with their needs around properties; from advisory to selling, buying, and even finding specific properties.
